Tour management for booking agencies. One login for you. A link for everyone else.
Right now that's a spreadsheet, a WhatsApp thread and a promoter's inbox. Tourbook keeps the roster, the shows and the financials in one place, and gives the band, the promoter and the artist's manager their own way to see exactly what they need.
Built for booking agencies, tour managers, bands and more.
Easy routing for tour managers.
Every artist has one share link. Open it and the whole routing is there: an interactive map, the date list, and each show's details. That means venue address, load-in, soundcheck, doors, stage time, hotel, promoter and tech contacts.
It reads live from the console, so the band is never holding a PDF that went stale three cancellations ago. Financials stay out of it. Regenerate the link and the old one dies the same second.
Shows and day-of details only. No financials.

Stop chasing promoters by email.
Send one link. They fill in load-in, hotel and contacts themselves, and you approve it field by field. No account to create, no spreadsheet attached, no reply-all.
Every reply comes back in the same fields, so you read it side by side against what you already have. Nothing touches the show until you say so.

Two sets of eyes on the same numbers.
Fee, booker fee, travel, hotel and promo sit on the show itself. Not a second spreadsheet that drifts out of sync with the first.

- In the console
- Agents see every figure on every show, private to the agency, with the tour totalled as it fills up.
- In the portal
- The artist and their manager sign in to a read-only view of the same shows: income, costs and net across the tour. No exports to email, no question about which version is current.
One plan, every feature. Priced by how many artists you manage.
There is no feature you get only by paying more. Every tier includes the tourbook, the promoter link and the portal. The only difference between them is how many artists you can add.
Starter, Growth and Agency come with a 14-day trial. No card needed to start it, and no card needed for Free either.
There is no self-serve checkout yet. Each "Get in touch" button above opens an email to antonio@tourbook.agency.
Four kinds of people, four ways in.
- Booking agents
- The console. Roster, dates, show financials and reviewing what promoters send back about their venues. One login each: this is the only surface with a password on it that agents use daily.
- Artist managers
- A read-only portal, by invitation. Their artists' dates and totals, and nothing outside that roster.
- Tour managers & band
- The share link. Map, routing and today's timings and contacts, on a phone, in a van, backstage.
- Promoters
- One form link, reusable until the agent locks it in. They fill in what they know about their own venue and never see anything else.
White-label throughout: the agency's name is on the console, the portal and the tourbook. Not ours.
